  • UK orders are usually delivered within 3–8 days.

  • Orders to Australia, Canada, and the EU/EEA are delivered within 5–14 days.

  • Orders from other countries are generally delivered within 6–15 days. Delivery times vary based on location, courier, customs procedures, and other factors beyond our control.

ExtraHealthy is not responsible for any delays due to flight problems, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In most cases, products are delivered to the destination address. However, in some countries, you may be required to pick up purchased items from local authorities.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment. All preorder items are shipped and delivered within 25–30 days after placing an order.

Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when it is closed. We take steps to minimize shipment delays during these periods.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

We can change your delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to become available before dispatching your order. Other items in the order will be reserved while you await the rest.

DUTIES & TAXES

ExtraHealthy does not refund fees for orders confiscated by customs or another government agency.

We label packages and customs forms with "Medical Supplies," which are usually duty-free. However, customs officers decide which supplies are duty-free and may charge duties or taxes.

Packages are marked with the purchase value in accordance with international postal regulations. We do not mark packages as gifts. Falsifying customs information may result in fines that we cannot bear.

Refusing to Pay Duties

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, goods may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned at your expense, with no refund issued.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ExtraHealthy uses third-party logistics and is not responsible for lost or stolen goods once shipped. We will not honor claims for items confirmed as delivered.

DESTROYED OR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

Orders returned due to delivery issues (inaccessible address, recipient absence, etc.) are not eligible for a refund, as these parcels are typically destroyed after three unsuccessful delivery attempts and extended storage.

If you notify us in time, resending may be possible with a reshipping fee. If the parcel is destroyed, you may place a new order and cover additional costs.

We send notifications and reminders if pick-up is required. Please monitor the tracking information emailed to you.
